We are looking for a highly organized Business Administrator to Manage in our studio in Uruguay.
The role will include overseeing a large 24/7 operation, that is including the management of over 120 employees. Knowledge in financials reports and procedures, HR and employee’s evaluation is needed.
The daily communication with management and studio will require high communication skills and a very good English.
· Overseeing and analyzing financial operations.
· Create and obtain budget.
· Working and communicating with building representatives.
· Approving and handling Equipment importation / local purchases / Suppliers.
· On going Communication with management.
· Overseeing HR operation.
· Providing performance report to management and clients.
· Working with HR companies.
· Legal responsibility.
· Communication with clients.
Requirements and skills
· Management experience in large operations (about 150 - 200 employees)
· High level in excel.
· High communication skill.
· Reporting skills.
· Excellent spoken and written English.
· BA in business or administration or similar filed.
